Asian Zoodle

Asian cuisines have a special place in my heart. You can make these meals with low calories while filling them with great flavors. In other terms, it’s a great weapon in my war against boring healthy food! šŸ˜‰

Additionally, this is another great recipe for the summer – super fast to make and light!

Ingredients

This recipe serves 2 people

  • 2 zucchini squash
  • 1/4 cup hoisin
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 2 garlic cloves chopped
  • 3 scallions
  • 16 oz ground turkey
  • Ā 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • salt

Directions:

  1. Use your spiralizerĀ to make the zoodle
  2. Heat the pan and add the sesame oil
  3. Once the oil is heated add the turkey meat and saute for 5 to 7 minutes
  4. Insert the shallots, ginger, and garlic and saute for another minute
  5. Add the hoisin, soy sauce and mix well for another minute
  6. Top the zoodle with the turkey meat and add rice vinegar and olive oil
  7. Serve with some AsianĀ salad on the side
