What I have For Breakfast While I Am On a long Vacation

While on vacation I often struggle to find healthy breakfasts. While eggs often are my go to meal, I do get tired of eating them all the time. At times we also end up eating junk just because we are out of options and in a rush.

So this time I did something different. I made sure the people we traveled to have a blender and I packed my protein powder. Upon arrival I started making good smoothies. Easy, tasty and super healthy.

What an amazing combination to start your day with, right?

Ingredients

serves one

  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 scoop garden of life raw meal replacement (or your choice of protein powder)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Direction

  1. Mix the strawberries, banana, protein powder meal replacement and blend well.
  2. Add the chia seeds and mix.
  3. Serve and enjoy.
