Cooking Hacks – Onion, Garlic and Ginger

Here are three great hacks that makes my cooking faster and easier.

  1. Is there anything worse than having your mascara run down your chins when cutting an onion? Maybe, but it’s certainly on my top 100 worst things to do list. 🙂 Hack #1 will solve this issue for good for you!
  2. In my book gingers are tiny delicious creatures that go with lots of nice food. However, due to their size cutting them used to leave me with very little left. So tip #2 promises to easily sort that problem for you.
  3. Garlic. I love garlic. As long as I don’t need to peel them that is. If you’re like me, tip #3 will be your new friend!
