Overnight Oatmeal with Blueberries

Rolled Oats… Why do I keep putting it on the menu?

First of all rolled oats are among the healthiest whole grains on earth (see more on that topic here). Obviously that’s a good enough reason to include them in your diet. Furthermore rolled oats soak faster than for instance steel-cut oats. They also absorb more liquid making them softer.

So there you have it. They’re healthy, fast to make and taste good!


Serves one

  • 1/2 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Almond Breeze unsweetened with vanilla flavor
  • 1 tsp Chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp Almond butter
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 tbsp Brown sugar
  • A bunch of frozen raspberries


  1. Add the rolled oats, chia seeds and almond milk first and then blueberries brown sugar and raspberries on top
  2. Keep it in the fridge overnight and it’s ready in the morning for your breakfast
  3. Serve and enjoy 🙂
