Rolled Oats… Why do I keep putting it on the menu?
First of all rolled oats are among the healthiest whole grains on earth (see more on that topic here). Obviously that’s a good enough reason to include them in your diet. Furthermore rolled oats soak faster than for instance steel-cut oats. They also absorb more liquid making them softer.
So there you have it. They’re healthy, fast to make and taste good!
- 1/2 cup Rolled oats
- 1 cup Almond Breeze unsweetened with vanilla flavor
- 1 tsp Chia seeds
- 1 tbsp Almond butter
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 tbsp Brown sugar
- A bunch of frozen raspberries
- Add the rolled oats, chia seeds and almond milk first and then blueberries brown sugar and raspberries on top
- Keep it in the fridge overnight and it’s ready in the morning for your breakfast
- Serve and enjoy 🙂
