Paleo Pork Chops and Salsa

If you are looking for an easy recipe and healthy. This one is for sure. It takes 25 minutes to make it.


Serves two people :
  • 1 Ripe mango
  • 1/2 Cup red pepper
  • 2 tbs Cilantro
  • 1/2 squeezed lime juice
  • 10 0z Boneless pork chops
  • 2 Tbs butter
For the seasoning :
  • 1 Tsp cumin
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 1 Tsp garlic powder


For the salsa
  1. Mix the mangoes red pepper cilantro and lime juice, set aside.
  2. Melt the butter on a heated pan high heat first, once the butter is darker brown put the chops and fry for 3 minutes at each side. Once it’s done make sure it’s cooked through.
  3. Serve it with broccoli and put the salsa on top of the pork chops
  4. Serve and enjoy
