Recovery Cold Smoothie

While the temperature outside have been on a crazy roller coaster ride we’ve all had various degrees of battles with viruses the last month. So here’s a smoothie rich in antioxidants – a great way to help your body recover quickly.

Ingredients for Recovery Cold Smoothie

This serves two people:

  • 1 cup oranges
  • 2 cups pineapple
  • 1 cup napa cabbage
  • 1 small red beet
  • 1 tbs chia seeds
  • 1 tbs flax seeds
  • 1 cup of water
  • Half squeezed lemon


  1. Blend all the ingredients until it’s super smooth
  2. Serve and enjoy
