Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

Serves 1

  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup pineapple “sweet”
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp unsweetened coconut shred

Directions

  1. Mix all the ingredients and blend well until it’s smooth
  2. Serve in a bowl and top with chia seeds and coconut shred for a crunchy taste
  3. Enjoy a tasty morning boost of energy 🙂
